Waynewood Dolphins Weekend Reminders

1. Thank you to our Dolphin Prom host families, the Lindbloms, the Vieiras and the Hoppers, for opening your homes to our 45 Teens! You made Dolphin Prom a wonderful memory for all of them!

2. A Meet Details for Saturday, July 20th – Waynewood @ Country Club Hills – 8AM

(TIME CHANGE! PLEASE NOTE START OF MEET - 8AM!)

• IMPORTANT: Due to the severity of weather on Saturday our meet against CCH has been changed to start at 8am. Please make sure you and your swimmer are hydrated. 
• ALL Swimmers should be up at the pool at 6:15am  to caravan to Country Club Hills at 3622 Old Post Rd, Fairfax, VA 22030 . Remember to notify the Team Reps if you will be driving separately. Country Club Hills has a parking lot available to us.
• Waynewood swimmers will warm up 7:25am-7:45am. 

• Meet Sheet: We have yet to receive the meet sheet but will provide it to you before the meet, if possible.

• The Team Lunch will be held at P.J. Skidoos, 9908 Fairfax Blvd, Fairfax, VA 22030, following the meet—We will almost certainly be their first customers of the day!

3. Final Meet Sign Ups and Final Volunteer Sign ups

It’s the last push to the finish. Please refer to the End of Season Meets message that went out this morning and complete any remaining Swimmer sign ups for the season.

Likewise, we will need everyone’s support to fill volunteer shifts for the IM Invitational, the Dolphin Duel and Divisionals. If you haven’t completed your 4 shifts, sign up. If you have a swimmer participating in these meets, pitch in. You are the magic that makes the Dolphins a special team.
