1.Registration Continues to Roll!
With the season about 2 weeks away, the 2021 Dolphins are 220+ Swimmers strong and growing! If you haven’t registered yet, here is the link - - https://waynewood.swimtopia.com/
2. In Addition to Swimmers, Our Team Needs Volunteers!
We still have critical volunteer lead positions that need to be filled and are essential for a successful season:
- Sponsorship Coordinator,
- Head Clerk of Course,
- Meet Table Coordinator,
- Concessions Leads.
Every family has a volunteer commitment they must meet and these positions will allow you to fully meet that requirement for 2021. Contact our Team Reps today to accept these positions.
3. Please Consider Becoming an Official for our Swim Meets!
We have a great team of officials that needs 2-3 more members. This is a fun way to participate and have some of the best seats on the pool deck to see your kids in action! NVSL provides free virtual training for these positions. If you have any questions or interest please contact our Head Official, Kelli Adams or our Team Reps Tom & Frederick
4. A Date for your Calendar: Time Trials – Morning of June 12th
Our Practice and Meet Schedule is still under development, but we can tell you that we will have Time Trials for all Non-Little Dolphin Swimmers on Saturday, June 12. Details on specific times and procedures will be forthcoming, for now just mark your calendars. Thank you for your patience!
5. Team Suits
We'll have another in-person opportunity for buying swimsuits on the morning of Saturday, June 12 during time trials. In the meantime, if you know your swimmer’s size, you can purchase team suits through the Dolphin Spiritwear Store!
6. A Special Message from our Spiritwear Chair, Katie Mead
The WW Dolphins Spiritwear shop is up and running! You don’t want to miss out on this year’s fabulous WW swag… We have everything from PJ pants, to a trucker hat and visor, to a sweatshirt and long sleeve hoodie, and male and female cut shorts with the WW dolphin logo! Show your team pride by sporting some new threads this season! Check out the online store here .
