1. Parent Meeting – Tonight, Friday June 11 at 6:45 pm - Rain or Shine

Meet the Team Reps and Coach Dylan at the Pool House so that they can welcome you to our 60th Season and answer all your questions!

2. Time Trials – Saturday, June 12th at 8am. (Warm up Times Below!)

We have warm-ups for different age groups listed below. Make sure your swimmers get to bed at a reasonable hour on Friday night, so they can be at the pool on time in the morning!

●11 & Over 7:00am - 7:20am

●9-10 7:20am - 7:35am

●8 & Under 8:35am - 8:45am

We still have some open volunteer shifts for Time Trials. We have experienced volunteers at your side in each area to train you!

3. Reminder for Little Dolphins parents

We can't wait to see all your Little Dolphins Swimmers on Tuesday!  We would like parents to please remember that your registration includes a commitment to volunteer for at least four shifts this season. We strongly encourage you to sign up for positions at these early home events as some of the opportunities in the latter part of the season are in places like Herndon and Falls Church when the Dolphins go on the road. None of the posted positions require expertise or past experience.  To sign up, click here

4. Team Suits

Last Chance! Sport Fair will be at the pool for our Time Trials on the Saturday, June 12^th at 9:30-11am.  If you can’t get there, contact www.sportfairusa.com.

5. B meet for Monday, June 14 - The Deadline to sign up is Noon, Sunday, June 13

All swimmers are permitted to swim in B meets with the exception of Little Dolphins. Each swimmer can select two strokes plus IM. Before signing up for Breaststroke and Butterfly, all 10 & under swimmers must check with the coaches to determine if their strokes are legal. 6. Summer Schedule starts on Monday, June 14!
