Division Relay Carnival @ Villa Aquatic

Swimmers participating in this meet are listed in the attached meet sheets. One list is organized by swimmers' names (girls first) and the other is by event. Please check to see if your swimmer is in the meet. If your swimmer is sick and cannot swim their event(s) please contact the Team Reps ASAP at [email protected]

• Villa Aquatic is located at 4299 Andes Dr, Fairfax, VA 22030. Swimmer drop off will be located outside the pool entrance and the pool lot will be closed to general traffic. Meet participants will need to find street parking and may experience a significant walk to the pool--the host pool recommends seeking parking on Andes Dr. Please consider carpooling.
• The Waynewood team warm-up is 5:50pm-6:10pm. Swimmers should arrive NO LATER THAN 5:30pm. Please factor in Rush Hour Traffic and time to walk into the pool.
• Waynewood has been assigned Team Area 2. Please see the attached layout map to view Team and Spectator areas and Traffic Flow.
• There isn’t usually a meet sheet for the relay carnival, but we have attached the lane assignments for each event. Teams will rotate through the lanes as the meet proceeds. For example, Waynewood is in Lane 2 for Event 1. Our relay will be in Lane 3 for Event 2, and so on.
• We’ve attached the NVSL Weather Policy just in case we experience thunder or lightning. More likely, there will just be heat and humidity. Take care that Swimmers, Volunteers and Spectators have water.
