Friday, July 16th at 6:30pm – Pep Rally – The Pie in the Coaches Face!

Don't miss it!  The Last, and some would say the Best, Pep Rally of the year! A timeless classic involving trivia questions and lots of whipped cream. Of course, we will announce practice monsters and decorate our sidewalks with Dolphin Spirit! Stay tuned for more details.

Saturday, July 17th – Last A meet – Waynewood @ Sleepy Hollow Bath & Racquet – 9am

Swimmers should be up at the pool at 7:10am to decorate cars with the caravan departing at 7:30 for Sleepy Hollow Bath and Racquet (SHBR) at 3516 Sleepy Hollow Rd, Falls Church, VA 22044. Don’t be fooled. Sleepy Hollow Recreation Association (SHRA) is right next door. Make sure that you pull into the correct lot! If you choose to drive separately, you are required to email our Team Reps ahead of time. Please remember to do this, we do not want to be calling people at 7am to locate or replace swimmers.
