There are still spaces in this afternoon's Start & Turn Clinic @ Home – 5:30pm

No need to RSVP today, just come on up to the pool at 5:30 and take part in the clinic.  Coaches from the Potomac Marlins/Fort Belvoir Swim Team (FBST), a Waynewood Dolphins team sponsor, will hold a free 30 minute start and turn clinic immediately after the day's last afternoon practice. Interested swimmers should come dressed to swim and parents are invited to watch the practice and ask the coaches questions about their club and swimming year-round. 

Updates for Thursday's Dolphin Duel: Blue v. White - 6pm. at Home

• Due to popular demand, Non-Divisional 15-18 Swimmers are welcome to sign up!
• Sign ups have been extended to Midnight Wednesday!
• The Swimmers will have their Team Area on deck, poolside!  Parents are welcome to bring their own chairs and sit outside or some space not used by the team
• We need 19 more parent volunteers!  If your swimmer is in the meet, you're going to want to be part of the fun on deck! volunteer here!
